When you create a juankada Account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; Philippine mobile number and/or email address; residential address; and account password (stored in encrypted form). This data is required to establish and verify your identity, comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, and fulfill our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering law.
As part of the KYC process mandated by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), juankada may collect copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents, which may include: PhilSys National ID; Philippine passport; driver's license; SSS or GSIS ID; PRC ID; or other PAGCOR-accepted identification. We may also collect proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements bearing your name and registered address.
juankada collects information relating to your financial transactions on the Platform, including: deposit amounts and timestamps; withdrawal requests and settlement records; GCash account reference numbers (partial, for verification only); bank account details submitted for withdrawal processing; transaction identifiers from Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment providers; and your juankada account balance history. juankada does not store full GCash PINs, full bank account numbers, or payment card numbers on its servers.
juankada records all gaming sessions conducted through your Account, including: games played and wagers placed; game outcomes and settlement amounts; sports betting selections and event outcomes; session duration and login timestamps; and device identifiers associated with gaming sessions.

The juankada Platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years of age or older as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. juankada does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If juankada discovers that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, that Account will be immediately suspended, the data deleted, and any associated funds returned or forfeited as required by law. juankada reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or Platform operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the juankada Platform following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
