Each player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the juankada Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, address, mobile number, device, IP address, financial account, or household — is strictly prohibited. juankada reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings upon discovery of a breach of this rule.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. juankada reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time, including through third-party identity verification services.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, juankada conducts KYC verification on player Accounts. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by juankada may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your juankada Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party under any circumstances. juankada will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify juankada's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. You agree that all transactions conducted through your Account are your responsibility, and juankada is entitled to assume that all transactions are authorized by you unless you have notified us otherwise.
juankada strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, its use does not limit juankada's ability to investigate and act on suspicious Account activity.
juankada accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). juankada does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency without prior written arrangement.
Deposits to your juankada Account are typically credited instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method. juankada does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees independent of juankada. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account dashboard. juankada reserves the right to decline deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified or that are associated with suspected fraudulent activity.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balances are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. All intellectual property on the juankada Platform — including the juankada name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, and written content — is owned by or licensed to juankada's operator. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any juankada content without prior written authorization from juankada. Game content provided by third-party studio providers remains the intellectual property of those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juankada's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
juankada shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's Account where the player failed to maintain credential security; (d) losses arising from third-party payment provider outages or delays; or (e) any interruption to gaming services caused by factors beyond juankada's reasonable control, including network outages, government actions, or natural disasters.
Nothing in these Terms limits juankada's liability for death, personal injury caused by juankada's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

If your Account is closed for reasons other than breach, confirmed fraud, or regulatory order, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds being forfeited.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting juankada's support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. All pending withdrawals will be completed through normal processing channels.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the juankada Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to juankada's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact juankada's support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. juankada will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing juankada's operations.
juankada reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate change is required for regulatory compliance or security reasons. Continued use of the juankada Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
